I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC.

    Interview

Upon arriving to Super Day, the interviewees were briefed on Cambridge's structure and computer programs (about 45 mins). Then, we were separated into rooms and had 4 interviews back to back, followed by lunch. It was exhausting.

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC (Washington, DC (US)) in March 2015.

    Interview

Applied through campus recruiting. Had an on campus interview, 1 on 1 with an alumni who currently works at Cambridge. Basic interview questions involving strengths, weaknesses, and interests. Make sure you know what the job you are applying for entails because they will ask about it. Asked back to go to a "super day." Excited for this opportunity!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC (Arlington, VA (US)) in December 2014.

    Interview

Campus recruitment --> Phone screening --> On-site Interview "Super Day" --> Offer

The on-site interview is basically just 3 back-to-back behavioral interviews, 1 case interview, and 1 lunch (basically another interview). It was a stressful 3 hours, but very rewarding as well. If you prepared for this interview very well, then I would say you are probably ready for many other interviews as well.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Cambridge Associates, LLC (Singapore (South Africa)) in November 2014.

    Interview

Received a email notification from the Cambridge Associates' HR on Sunday midnight for phone screening interview on next day (Monday) afternoon. Was a very late notice with little information. They did not not gave you much details about the exact timing too. However I guess this is all about the screening process with "surprise element". The key is constantly check your email and be responsive.

Received phone call in the afternoon at 1pm and the phone screening last for about 15 minutes. The interview went well with very simple question. Why this firm? Why this industry?

On the phone call itself, they informed me to attend another physical interview on next day (tuesday). Was very surprise again however I accepted the invitation.

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted within a few days by the hiring manager who requested to schedule a phone interview with me that week. The phone interview was approximately 15 minutes long, most questions were conventional where he asked me to talk about myself and my experiences. At the end of the phone call I was asked to come into the office for multiple second round interviews.

    Interview

Submitted my resume via company website. HR was efficient and got back to me the next day and we scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview went smoothly and the nice HR lady ran through my resume as well as some questions that allowed her to know more about me.
Was then sent an email inviting me to come down for the first round interview. Started off with a presentation by the director of PRG that shared with us a broad overview of the company. It was followed by 3 rounds of interviews with the current staff as well as the HR.
I was then invited back for a second and final round of interviews the next day. (Yes the HR lady is efficient!) Was given a more detailed presentation by the same director before embarking on a case study. Case study was interesting and I think they were looking at possibly your thought process.
Once again, I got a response the next day and received an offer.

    Interview

I applied online and about a month later, I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was basic, running through the resume. Then two weeks later, I was called in for a group interview where you listen to a presentation about the company for about thirty minutes and then have three individual interviews with assistant managers. The last interview I had was a writing sample, two round table discussions with people who have the job you are applying for, an interview with an assistant manager, and then the manager.

They repeat the questions a lot. They try to make you nervous by asking a lot of questions in a short amount of time. It's really not that bad.
