techinical is mostly based on my resume and all the projects which are easy
behavioral they give you certain examples so they will see how you are going to overcome the problems in it

    Excellent experience overall and the people were great! Felt respected throughout entire process. Beacuse of Christmas and new year vacation took process long time around 20 days. In the interview asked about all Advanced questions and logical scenario based question on technologies HTML5, JavaScript and BackboneJS.

    I got a call in for a production support role. Totally 4 rounds.
    1. Phone interview.
    2. Technical (Video conferencing - as i was in chennai and the role was for bangalore.For local guys its face to face)
    3. Technical round 2 interbiew (video conf again).
    4. HR discussion.

    Negotiation

    I got an extra 50 grand(9% extra from initial offer. But if u negotiate tough can make it for another 5-7%..(may be if they like you)

    The Interview was very simple and friendly. The interviewer asked about my current work. I was asked very basic questions of my Skill Set. Only one round of interview was conducted of approx 20 mins.
    Interviewer was looking into particularly about skill set knowledge and interactions with on shore team.

    Interview

    The interview has three parts: two behavioral interviews and one technical interview. Each part is about 30 minutes long. The behavioral interview is very self-explanatory. The technical interview includes basic questions about Java, SQL, OOP concepts and a little bit about web programming. The questions weren't very difficult. As long as you have good foundation in OOP languages and experiences in web-programming, you should do fine.
