I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at J.P. Morgan in December 2011.

Interview Details Applying for the job is a simple process done online. Any referral from a current employee or prior military service will help exponentially with landing an interview. Interviews are typically done back-to-back by 3 separate individuals: 1 from the job you're applying for, 1 from a team lead position and 1 from a senior management position. Questions are typical (how can you help the company? why do you want to work here?) and between interviews you may get repeated questions.

Interview Question – Name a time you have ever helped improve the productivity of your workplace.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There wasn't much of a negotiation phase. All new hires for this job typically receive 11.50 an hour, 12.65 an hour if they work weekends as a mandatory requirement of the job (shift differential)
