    Pros

Good learning and work culture. Great technologies. Employee benefits are good and so the salary structure. Flexible working hours.

    Cons

No Onsite. No immediate growth. Will need to work for minimum 3 years to get recognition. The situation at company is getting worse these days with no business to implementation teams. Hence more bench strength.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please improve Onsite & offshore work model

    Pros

Great place to grow and to learn new technologies. Able to get your hands on many different devices. Easy going work environment with hardly any overtime. Allowed to start our own tech book club to enhance our skills.

    Cons

The work/life balance needs to be better only 2 weeks of vacation even if you've been in the field for 10 years. Communication between the Core team and other teams is difficult. At times there is too much work to refactor existing code for new features.

I worked at CSG International full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

CSG is a mid-sized company with a smaller-company feel. The people are dedicated and hardworking, and generally friendly. During my time with CSG I was able to take on a variety of assignments and roles, most of which were fulfilling and interesting. The benefits are very good - the longer you're there, the more vacation time you get, and the more they contribute to your 401k. The health plan is a bit pricey, but fairly standard. There is definite forward momentum in the technology side of things, as they continually endeavor to improve and adopt new technological standards and disciplines.

    Cons

Heaven help you if it looks like they'll miss their numbers for the year, because out comes the layoff axe if they do. Try as they might, they can't seem to diversify much from their core business of relying on the cable/satellite giants for the majority of their revenue. Translation: as goes business for the cable companies, so goes business for CSG. Constant competition from Amdocs and the like make for a spartan company mindset. Stock price never goes anywhere.
