    ProsThere is still great potential of company growth if the CBOE can promote itself for traders and investors. As long as equity volume doesn't drop dramatically, the CBOE should continue to grow.

    ConsThere is too much focus on monthly exchange trading volume. There is not enough focus on trying to educate conservative investors about basic option strategies.

    ProsFor the most part...the people are great. You have the usual negative people but the positive and respectful employees outnumbers them by a wide margin.

    ConsNot a lot of training...it's kinda learn as you go. That's not such a bad thing though.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of people who are lazy and complete a holes to to other team members.

    ProsPart of the financial markets and the intimate work environment as well as work, life balance.

    Conspay, low bonuses, and not a lot of room for growth. most that work there don't really leave which limits advancement and promotion potential.
