Current Employee – been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group
Pros – Work at your own pace, very easy work, do not really have a lot of supervisor looking over your shoulder
Cons – Some of the other employees were not great workers and did not put in a lot of effort
Advice to Senior Management – There should be stricter rules so routes are not getting so messed up and larger consequences to employees who do not follow rules. Look to Pepsi their Merchandisers and Sales Reps work together and work more efficient

Pros – Great place to work! The management staff here works hard for the employees. It feels really good to work for managers who are all on the same page. The teamwork creates a nice work environment.
Cons – The workload is heavy for most positions.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to keep upper management on the same page! This has not always been the case here before.

Former Employee – worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – The people that work there are extremely talented and smart
The company has a great culture and fun working environment - work hard/play hard
Discounted soft drinks!!
Cons – Some of the managers lack adequate people skills...i.e - don't know how to treat people and appreciate/recognize hard work or hard efforts by the employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that a "manager of others" has the skills interact appropriately with people who report to them. DPSG is not a consulting firm, even though some former consulting people that work there think that it is...

Current Employee – been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group
Pros – Length of work days depend on when you get done with the work, not when you hit 8 hours. It's incredibly to get overtime, in fact I'd be surprised if you didn't.
Cons – Depending on the day and the amount of orders per store, some days may take almost 12 hours to complete.
Advice to Senior Management – decrease load by sending help for employees that have lots of orders and/or only order what is necessary to decrease unnecessary backstock.
