    Pros

    Good training on concepts
    Friendly Team environment
    Challenging job

    Cons

    Below market average Pay & 90 days notice period
    No Flexibility & No Leaves on Indian Public Holidays
    Very less career growth opportunity

    Advice to Management

    Cut out many hierarchies in managing workforce it just promotes bureaucracy
    Organize strict skip-level manger meetings and with HRs at-least half yearly
    Provide growth opportunities to employees rather providing referrals benifits

    Pros

    Working culture is just ok.

    Cons

    - Politics.
    - Blaming.
    - work on old tool made on excel (means there is no as such tool to work on.)
    - No proper training to new joiners.
    - No support from management.
    - Poor managing skills.
    - Not a employee friendly company.

    Advice to Management

    It wont be effective.

    Pros

    Good corporate culture, moderate work life balance, hard to get promotions

    Cons

    some projects are hard to work and some of them wont support.

    Suggest to improve the HR policy regarding salary.

    Pros

    Small group to make good visibility
    Not much work or areas to learn

    Cons

    Too much work extraction
    Very much suppressing workers
    Only leaders ideas are supposed to be perfect not even consider the thoughts of workers
    Very much negative environment

    Try to be board minded.

    Can be Flexible if in Manager level position
    good place to relax and retire

    Cons

    Politics.
    Old School Boys have enroached the senior positions
    Little scope for growth beyond a certain level

    Get more scope out from San Jose

    I have been working at Flextronics as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    They offer you a good health plan so you will have some good benefits. After one year you wil be able to be an experienced quality inspector even if you don´t have a background on that field.

    Cons

    No chance to be permanent soon. They don´t encrease your salary so you remain the same youyears and years.

    Work was challenging and co-workers were nice.

    Management was terrible and communication was lacking.

    Take care of the people and they will take care of the company.

    Pros

    - Good place to get experience in a variety of product lines
    - People work hard and try to get things done even with very little resources

    Cons

    - Doesn't really have a quality mindset. Talks the talk but not the walk
    - Very high turnover

    Advice to Management

    Yes you are a third party manufacturer but realize that if you improved quality you would save a lot of money on rework and lost customer expectations

    Close to home. Never run out of things to do. Most of the co workers where lovely people.

    Stressfull and too much work for what you get paid

    Really anything in the South US

    Lack of professionalism, very low maturity of HR processes

    Advice to Management

    Do not beleive what you are told, but verify by yourself or initiate investigation before making a decision or formulating an opinion, indirect information from people potencially with bad interests can lead you to eliminate the positions of your best people
