Pros – Has the best employee environment and gives the best facilities to them. A family like atmosphere inside company without bounds makes you enjoy your work.
Cons – It actually has none as far as I could find. You name anything and Google had already thought of it and worked upon it.

I worked at Google as an intern for less than a year
Pros – An opportunity that broadened my horizons and helped gain insight into the best practices with a leading company. The focus on good quality work and ethics surpassed everything else. Managers and seniors at every level were approachable and gave constant feedback to achieve significant improvements in a very short span of time.
Cons – Was spoilt with the perks from the job and the experience increased my overall expectations from any future employer.
Advice to Senior Management – Please create more opportunities to have Interns on board so that the awareness and enthusiam is created amongst high performing students to consider prospects with Google.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I worked at Google as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Smart people, great perks (food, gyms, fun, free SWAG), overal good experience for a college kid looking to learn a bunch while having a great summer
Cons – From the summer, it seemed that business opportunities were a bit limited. Also, recruiting timelines took forever -- they were very slow about getting back to candidates.
