    Pros

    Great business, a dominant company in Portugal, and a lot of innovation that changed Portugal technology landscape

    Cons

    Future 100% uncertain, due to the shareholder change that is to happen, but never is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please regain your power to lead, the downsides are always the place where management should lead. No the other way around.

    Pros

    One of the best places to start a career in Portugal with their PT Trainees program. They keep you updated with the latest techs and tools. Salary is OK

    Cons

    As like most big corporations, it may not be easy to progress in the hierarchy.

    Stable environment with a friendly, competent and mature team. A semi-competitive salary (IT) and a good location.

    Cons

    As it happens with many big corporations, there's a lot of bureaucracy.

    To be in a market and innovation leading company that revolutionized the quality of communications in Portugal and that even managed to launch some unique worldwide breakthroughs, such as the first social network of tv channels.

    Cons

    Low salaries and a currently unfavorable macroeconomic scenario.

    Reduce the huge gap in compensation between the baseline and top management as it ends up unsettling the whole organization

    Excellent place to learn and get experience, great work environment.

    Compensation should be one tool for administrators to drive workers performance and motivation. But unfortunately that is not the PT way.
