Free housing, Great Company-Wide Events, free food, free soda and drinks, coffee, on campus cafeteria, gym-- the list goes on and on.
Absolutely fantastic coworkers. Some of the best friends I have to this very day.
Everyone I came across was extremely friendly, intelligent, and hard-working.
Cons – There was an impossible lack of communication and cooperation between departments.
Work seemed menial and pointless at times. Often the tasks given to Finance Interns was un-rewarding and processor-level activities.
Advice to Senior Management – It's an engineering company-- through and through. But give the Finance Interns a rewarding role in which they have a manager who is willing to go to bat for them
Overall, this is a dead-end for finance interns.
