    Vertical promotions are very difficult, YoY increment is very bad.. Higher level management is least interested to retain employee and No HR policy..

    Company is generous with leaves and holidays.
    Cab facility is a big plus.

    - Work life balance used to be good here but now it's extremely demanding.
    - Hard work and talent might not get you anywhere in this company
