    Very good work environment and ambiance, good platform to start, depends on the process whether it will be a knowledgeable job or not. Very good entertainment activities, annual functions, occasional gifts through clubs etc

    Pros

    A good learning platform. Nice work environment. Good cab facilities. trying to maintain a good work life balance. Good and safe for women.

    Cons

    Salary is the biggest negative. You ll get promotion only when there is an attrition or only if you give out of box performance. Bonus they provide is too less.

    If rbs improves it's salary structure and provide an acceptable recognition system for employees. It would be great to work in such an organisation having a stunning history

    Vertical promotions are very difficult, YoY increment is very bad.. Higher level management is least interested to retain employee and No HR policy..
