    1)Excellent work life balance.
    2)Good exposure to London teams.
    3)Technical learning while interacting with experienced and skilled developers in London
    4)Good compensation
    If you want to get married ,settle down and start a family, this is the company for you.

    Cons

    1)Work is not good and that's why Technical and domain learning while you work is not there.
    2)There are times when you are sitting ideal without doing anything.
    3)Sometimes you will feel you are paid for nothing.
    4)All the critical and good development work is assigned to London dev. The crap work i.e. left is send to India

    Talk to London managers and bring some good work to India
