Pros – Flexible Work Timings, Work Life balance, Challenging work and Work hard - party harder culture.
Plus openness and interaction between teams allows for a lot of personal improvement.
Cons – Challenges in work depends on the working team. So if you are someone on the look out for challenges, make sure you talk your way into some of the most hard working teams.

Current Employee – been working at Sabre
Pros – Great team bonding. Lots of travel opportunities and good growth within the company. Really relevant work to the industry. Sense o satisfaction at the end of the day.
Cons – Inter-department communication (with HR, finance, etc.) is excruciatingly slow.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.

Pros – Sabre is one of the most innovative companies I´ve ever worked for. There is a good Teamspirit and alot of nice people around
Cons – Sometimes it is awful to wait for needed information. All emplöyees are very busy all the time and you have to work hard for your money

small enough to see your fingerprint on BIG stuff
Great CEO
Bright minds everywhere
very attuned to community and customers
Cons – complex industry drives complex solutions
Matrix organization chart is often difficult to discern
Roles and responsibilities are often ambiguous
Advice to Senior Management – Be willing to call the "tie" and set the course
Appreciate desire to play in multiple segments -- but the channel conflicts around every decision causes watered down position -- would love to be for one customer groups and go all in!
