Pros – Work environment , very comfortable , allowance world class, learning upto date , traning perodical based on job position. Respect in society , etc etc

Cons – Re-enumeration, Exposure to Upcoming technology for many rather than few

Advice to Senior Management – please increase your re-enumeration. train more people than less nos for one type of technology .

Pros – Best time to work when you are fresher (as you will get lot of hardcore experience) and after achieving some management position from other company, come back to Siemens so that you can get MNC’s culture and most important luxury.

Cons – Sudden hike and then after slow growth, internal process. like normal working culture lots of politics and partiality so to avoid this, go outside from Siemens, get a managerial post from other firm and comeback.
