    Pros

Good for entry-level, can learn different technologies (depends on the project). Can get early opportunity to go onsites. Campus is good. Facilities are good.

    Cons

Your performance rating does not corresponds to the hike you will receive. (employee having low rating can get higher hikes than you - then why work hard :P) You won't be paid well and no promotions and no salary hike once you are at onsite. Also if you plan to resign you have to pay a hefty amount to break the contract. Everyone has to sign a contract before going to onsite.

    Advice to Management

Please take care of employees as well as much you do for your clients. Employees work is what is making your clients happy. So in turn keep employees happy.

    Pros

This is the place for one who seeks to learn new technologies, means you will get various options to update yourself.
All who have more than 3yrs of experienced will get onshore opportunity. Work quality is really good.

    Cons

Its on you to maintain work-life balance, you will get as much work as you want. If you are waiting to get some work in a team, you should not wait to get it. You have to continuously ask for it otherwise after some months you will see yourself in same situation. Don't look for any kind of increment.

    Advice to Management

Management should continuously check that all the members in a team are getting any work or not. Otherwise they eventually get bored and leave.
