    Pros

Can't beat the vacation time and summer fridays. 21-22 days Paid time off, Unlimited Sick Days, Summer Fridays. they are flexible if you need time to handle personal stuff. Associate level and above are eligible for bonus

    Cons

None of the systems are efficient. Horrible work/life balance in sourcing area. High top management turnover leading to constant reorganization. Work is not evenly distributed among the headcount. If you're not built to work long hours all the time, then this place is not for you

    Advice to Management

Take the time to get to know your team. Upper management should be more accessible.

    Pros

Opportunity to sell a high quality product at a great value, empowerment to run your store like it's your business

    Cons

Insufficient processes in place for employee concerns to be addressed, less than ideal application process resulting in quality applicants being disqualified, training program lacks structure and developmental positions that would prepare for internal promotions do not exist

    Advice to Management

Listen to the field-the people who are in the trenches, behind the registers, typing in the coupons, and listening to customer feedback daily

    Pros

The benefits and time off is good

    Cons

Too much restructuring going on. There are always changes in the departments and it's never stable. They don't have a sense of appreciation for the hard work we put in. They praise those that do less but are great at playing teachers pet.

    Advice to Management

Need to learn how to appreciate the people. The process of training and promoting is not thought out thoroughly.

    Pros

Most of the customers are super nice
Co-workers are awesome to work with
Management is very structured and holds you to high standards

    Cons

Not enough hours to go around, management keeps hiring people and cutting everyone's hours, open availability means nothing to management.

    Advice to Management

Really think about who you're hiring BEFORE you hire them, instead of figuring it out after all your employees have lodged complaints.

    Pros

Great benefits! Lots of PTO. Good pay.

    Cons

Workload is just insane and usually requires the store manager to work well over 40 hours. 20-30 boxes of freight everyday. Only 2 people working in the store at most times because of lack of payroll give.

    Advice to Management

Be ready to have no life outside of work. If your a go-getter, this is the place for you.

    Pros

The pay was decent, there's bonuses that may be awarded by the number of credit card applications you are able to get during the month, and you also have a pretty good 30% discount as well as associate appreciation week that increases that which is nice. Accommodating and understanding when it came to school schedules, great managers!

    Cons

Aside from the bonuses every once in a while due to credit cards, there's not great benefits. The employee appreciation is very low compared to other companies. There seems to not be very much room for advancement in the same company. The store that I worked for was also a bit disorganized and we had some misunderstandings, although management was pretty accommodating and understanding. You have full call-in shifts that you are responsible for and are an extreme hassle.

    Advice to Management

Full call-in shifts should not be a thing, more people should be scheduled on planned busy days specially when stocking is necessary, and there should be a formal platform to turn in request off days so that those and their approval/denial can be tracked by everyone.

    Pros

The opportunity is always arising. The people you meet in the company are outstanding. The company challenges your mind and constantly makes you think.

    Cons

The workload is too heavy and inconsistency in visual display. There is a ton of double work due to the inconsistencies such as hanging product again that they just made you fold down and put into an area that doesn't make sense.

    Advice to Management

Make a final decision before sending the visual so that there wouldn't be so much updates. recognize better and more frequently. Higher wages depending on store volume, traffic and workload.
