I worked at Thomas Cook
Pros – Fun, hard working environment. Professional approach to everything and works very hard at employee engagement. lots of career progression opportunities.
Cons – There aren't really many downsides other than the fact that the industry itself is very unstable, which leads to lots of restructuring and direction changing. It wouldn't be a place for steady eddies.
Advice to Senior Management – Carry on working as hard as they do to engage employees and improve communication. The leadership team are very visible and approachable and do a good job at inspiring their employees.
