Pros – The benefits are really good: health care, life insurance,
You get to see early screenings of movies.
You have easy access to enter/leave the Warner Brother's lot. It's not uncommon to see movie stars or filming during my lunch break.
The cafeteria is cheap and tasty.
Overall, it's a nice culture.
Cons – The pay is low compared with other companies.
Upward movement seems happen very slowly
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
