Interview Details To become an order selector in the Olathe, KS distribution center, you must go through a temp agency first. I applied from within as I know someone that works there, however I still had to go through the temp agency. The interview was fair and professional. After the interview, if they decide to hire you, you will go through an all day orientation that is thorough.

Interview Details I applied online by submitting a résumé and a cover letter. I received an email not too long after inviting me to a hiring fair at their regional headquarters a few weeks later. The email said I would have an opportunity for a mini interview and to learn more about the position. I get to the fair and the first step is to go in the conference room and complete a paper application. Afterwards the director of operations comes in and asks us to sit in order of who completed their applications and someone will come and get us. When it was my turn, we stepped three steps outside of the conference room and sat down I'm the main lobby. Mind you the door to the conference room is open and everyone can see us. We sit down and he says he is going to ask me a few questions and he will have time to answer 1 or 2 of my questions. All of his questions were basic screening questions i.e. can you work nights or weekends, do you have a bachelor's degree. It literally took 5 minutes. I get an email 3 days later saying I was not selected to continue with the process. The frustrating part is that their regional headquarters is 70 mikes away from my home. It would not have been an issue if the process was more detailed but to be there for 10 minutes and for them to do something that could have been done over the phone made it worthless.

Interview Details Applied through school's job board. Was emailed that I had been selected for an interview. You then are required to attend a dinner event the night before interviews start. During the dinner they describe how Aldi is run and what you will do as an intern. They make it seem as if the internship is very beneficial and lure you in the very high pay. However, they don't tell you that this internship requires insane amounts of hours per week, therefore the pay isn't as great as you initially think. After speaking with students who have completed the internship, all have said that the internship is unbearable and that the hours you work are ridiculous.

The interview was quite unprofessional in my opinion. The interviewer asked about 5 questions and I was out of the interview in about 7 minutes. Not surprisingly, I was not offered a second interview. After walking out of the interview, it was quite clear that they had already determined who they were going to move on in the interview process with as they showed that had absolutely no interest in what I had to say.

Interview Details They guided all applicants about their company through an information dinner then anyone who did go would have significant amount of information about the position and the company. Learn them well as they will be tested during the 1:1 interview later. The Vice president interviewed me and he wasn't very fond of the interview. Hardly any eye contact.

Interview Details Complete radio silence for about 5 months before they got back to me and scheduled an interview. Got through to the next stage and had a work trial, which was complete waste of time as they had me arranging the products during the busiest hours, but it got me to the next stage which was again another interview, after which I got hired.

Interview Details I applied online after seeing an advertisement in my local paper, two weeks later I received a text from the district manager inviting me to a interview a few days later. All I was given was a Date, Time and Location, no information of any ID/Right to Work Document. I was under the impression it would simply be a 1-to-1 interview, but it turned out to be a small group interview. It started off us each giving a small bit of information about ourselves, we were then separated into two smaller groups and we had to give some information about ALDI and answer some basic questions. After relaying back to District manager (who was conducting the interview) we then had to come up with a new product for ALDI, after that we had a small 'presentation' about what it's like working for ALDI and were given the opportunity to ask questions. Finally we had 1-to-1 interviews to finish.

Interview Details Was called in for an open interview day. That day I was toured around the store by a regional and a district manager, both high on their horse and about 25 years old, and quizzed upon my retail knowledge. I have been in retail for many years but some of the questions were tricky.

The first interview is just getting to know you. They want to know what you were involved at your school and they want to see if your personality is a fit. don't oversell yourself though
