Interview Details
It all totally depends on the role and may not be these many rounds.
5 rounds of interview in total
a. 2 techno functional rounds
b. 2 HR rounds. One will be judged whether worthy of the title being given.
c. Salary negotiation round.
For independent technical/functional roles depending on the complexity of the work required to be done the necessary rounds will be taken.
Interview Question – None. There was nothing unexpected or out of the box. Practicality and what is needed for the project has been taken into consideration for hiring. Basics plus what is required to execute for the job will be asked. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Very Simple. Maybe got lucky but I got what I asked for. Again one cannot ask outrageously and based on the market price I had asked accordingly and in all fairness I got what I wanted at the time. In terms workplace location there was nothing to negotiate as the I was already in the home location of the projects.

Interview Details Got connected through some HR consultant telling that there is opening for people having more than 1-2yrs experience in BMC Remedy ITSM and that the payment would not be much of an issue. The technical interview was scheduled and happened in a week for about 30minutes over phone. It was a very good interaction and more of a discussion to understand how my technical and work experience is fitting well for the role, activities looked upon by the employer.
Interview Question – All were very contextual, scenario based question. So it depends on how the persons outlook on the same is. View Answer

Interview Details Mostly based upon the capability or the potential of individual. The interviewers are both from technical and HR or Process background. They will try to know about your achievements so far in the concerned situations. Also the point which identifies your reason to the interviewers approach is that how needful you are for this opportunity apart from the constraints you have, your flexibility in terms of accepting and knowledge is given more priority. This is how interviews take place where they observe your potential and also your passion about your development for Accenture to invest upon.

Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate rather I planned to take it up and work on it. Accenture being a mature and true global organization the opportunities in terms of career and returns I am sure it is always good to be a part of.
