Interview Details I was called by one of the managers to come to the interview. First I was given a computer based test on accounting and excel. Then the 1:1 interview with the manager began with our discussion about the test results and what I want to do. It was pretty conversational and comfortable. At the end, the interviewer asked me to contact them again the following to see if there is any job. I got my first assignment right on that following week.

This company has some real problems. THEY CALLED ME to come in and see them. It sounded intriguing during the 1st phone screening so I decided to pursue. Then I went in to meet with manager in Bloomington MN. Then asked to go to MPLS, MN for another interview. Then asked to go to Minnetonka MN for another interview. Then asked to go in to Minnetonka MN office for a 'shadow' experience and final interview. WOW! I also failed to mention there was a phone screening for each new office!
Then, I received a call about 2 weeks after the 'shadowing' to let me know that they would contact me again in next 2 weeks to make final deicision and bring final candidates in for a 2nd final interview.... Well, not a good experience. Never ended up hearing back as promised, but at this point I didn't really care to work for them.
By the way, I lost interest after talking with my contacts who say that the turnover is extremely high there due ot micromanagement, poor treatment, unattainable goals, etc.
This is a chop shop at best. Is this really what corporate America has become? I sure hope not, because it would be a sad comentary on the state of our business community in the U.S.

Interview Details
The hiring and interview process was pretty straightforward. I got a call after getting a referral and I was asked to come in at a stated date and time at the office nearest my home. I brought the necessary requirements with me such as my resume, took a skills test in Excel and Accounting knowledge, answered questions about my resume with a staff member and was told to sign some forms for a background check. I was told right after my skills test that I did well and that they would contact me if there were any opportunities for me.
I did get an assignment about a month after and was pretty satisfied with that.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Birmingham, AL (US) Nov 2009 – Reviewed Apr 27, 2010
Interview Details The interview process was fairly straightforward. I took a computer skills test which was pretty easy, then a brief interview shortly thereafter. They were very cordial, especially considering I have no direct accounting experience, I was not a college grad, and I was just looking for temporary work as I had been laid off. They did extend an offer to me, but the crazy part about it was that they kept changing the start date. I guess it wasn't "their" fault per se, but rather their customer, but it was still pretty sketchy.
Interview Question – When did you graduate from college? LOL. Answer Question

Interview Details I applied for an Air/Ocean Agent with the Expeditor online. About one week later I received an email requesting an interview. The interview was scheduled for the following week. It was a one on one interview. We basically went through the experience that I acquired on my past places of employment. This gu y was good. I found mnyself takling a whole lot about myself in past situations where I was able to use many of the skills desired for the position.

No Offer – Interviewed in Mar 2010 – Reviewed Apr 22, 2010
Interview Details I filled out a detailed application online, and was called the next day for an interview. I filled out some more basic paperwork, and then took three skills test: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Excel spreadsheet software. The tests were fairly straightforward if you are knowledgeable in those areas. I then had an interview with the branch manager. He told me about the company, explained the teh details of temping, including being ready to accept a job with one day's notice. He asked about my background and we went over my resume and he was very encouraging. He said he would be calling companies to see if they needed someone with my skills. We discussed what my minimum salary requirements were. A week later someone else from the office called and offered me a position at a much lower rate in a town quite a while away, which I declined.
