Cencora Interview Questions

Multi-stage interview all done virtually. First met with HR to see if a good candidate to proceed to next stage to meet with management. Management interview was 2 stages and standard questions asked.

The interview process of two interviews — one with a financial analyst and one with the manager. We communicated via email and then had zoom interviews. It was a fairly short process and I was notified of my selection very soon after.

"The interview went really well. The people were nice and made me feel comfortable. At the end of the interview I was sure I got the job but that is still unknown. The first round was consisting of 100 questions to be solved under 90 mins. The questions were from aptitude, logical ,advance java,oops, 2 java programming questions, SQL, microsoft azure, javascript and sdlc.

First round was HR few very simple questions Second round ai technical test I couldn't clear it though they selected me and 3rd round operations round the interview very easy 3to 4 questions and interviewer was calling me dear and all it was not at all professional since I didn't had any certificate of scala language they told me to do some course of ur own which should not exceed 20k and it will reimburse in ur first month salary these job offer I got from indeed and I checked in offical website the job Id it's completely scam I don't no what to do job seekers don't fall into these kind of scams plz verify ur job I'd and jds

Reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn and received right away additional information request. He asked questions about my experience even though he had my resume. He basically asked my resume while looking at it. The job post did not say you needed experience in the life sciences industry just healthcare, which I have tons of. Instead of explaining that that’s what they are looking for eventhough not listed he just sent a rejection email. Quite rude.

The interview is based off of the STAR system interview questions and they are scenario based. Situation, Task, Action and Result! Discuss the situation, the task for the situation, the action you took to get a resolution and the results.

They ghosted me after putting time on my calendar. Someone contacted me for an interview and asked to put time on their calendar. That time came and I sat waiting in the teams room and no one ever showed up. The meeting was never even started.

4 interview steps. Resume screening, then the first interview with a recruiter, hiring manager, and teammates. The whole process can be fast and completed in 2 weeks. They might ghost after several rounds of interviews and never reply.
