No Offer – Interviewed in Charlotte, NC (US) – Reviewed Nov 07, 2012
Interview Details I applied online through the company's website and was contacted days later. My first phone call was a 10 minute screening about your interests and also the interviewer goes into detail about the program and can answer any questions you may have. The next step was a behavioral based phone interview the next week. The questions were pretty challenging but not impossible. After the second interview, if selected, you will attend the final round of interview in Charlotte, North Carolina. I flew in on a Thursday afternoon and relaxed until a reception was held at 5 pm that evening on the 60th floor of the headquarter building. The next days consisted of three back to back interviews with additional behavioral based questions. Overall it was a GREAT experience
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you had to implement a program. What was the first step in the process and how did you carry it out? Answer Question
Other Details - I applied online
Overall Positive Experience
