Interview Details 1: Hr took interview for voice and accent so that he could take on those who's who where good in English.

2: Technical test regarding the technology for which the requirement came.

3: Telephonic round in that they asked us to talk about our-self and any something about a topic of our own.

4: 1:1 Interview with Technical lead and Manager.

5: If got Selected hr will call next day to give offer letter.

Interview Question – Unexpected Question: Live scenario based question on the technology and troubleshooting on the technology.   Answer Question

Interview Details The process was easy although time consuming.
The Technical round was good, all that was required was logic.
The interviewers asked a lot of things including background, expectations, and weaknesses.
The desire to learn was respected.

Negotiation Details – there was no negotiation, i was a fresher and had to accept what was company standard.

Interview Details Round 1:
Was a general HR round with focus on previous experiences, conduct and performance in the previous companies, last drawn salaries etc.
Round 2:
Was a operational round with focus on skills test, mathematics, IQ/Intelligence. It was a 1:1 interview which shortly turned out to be a group interview.
Round 3:
Was a round with the senior management with focus on personality test and final salary negotiation.
Round 4:
Was a ref check done with the previous employers.
