1: Hr took interview for voice and accent so that he could take on those who's who where good in English.
2: Technical test regarding the technology for which the requirement came.
3: Telephonic round in that they asked us to talk about our-self and any something about a topic of our own.
4: 1:1 Interview with Technical lead and Manager.
5: If got Selected hr will call next day to give offer letter.

The process was easy although time consuming.
The Technical round was good, all that was required was logic.
The interviewers asked a lot of things including background, expectations, and weaknesses.
The desire to learn was respected.

Interview Details it was a normal interview. they check your persona, ur soft skill. and a bit technical part based on networking. first they start with the introductionand then slowly they move to the technical part

Interview Details total 5 rounds of interview - 1st with HR, 2nd ith Manager, 3rd with Senior Manager, 4th - Versant, 5th with Client. Questions like personal introduction, current job profile, roles and responsibilities for the next level, maths and excel questions, communication skills.

Interview Details
Round 1:
Was a general HR round with focus on previous experiences, conduct and performance in the previous companies, last drawn salaries etc.
Round 2:
Was a operational round with focus on skills test, mathematics, IQ/Intelligence. It was a 1:1 interview which shortly turned out to be a group interview.
Round 3:
Was a round with the senior management with focus on personality test and final salary negotiation.
Round 4:
Was a ref check done with the previous employers.
