Interview Details The process went very smoothly as expected from a mature company with well defined roles and processes. Three managers conducted the interviews and asked the usual background questions, only one person had a brain teaser type question.
Interview Question – Employess of Company X all live in a particular area of a town relative to the business site. What process would you use to anlayze the viability of changing the traffic flow to accomodate those people. View Answer

Interview Details 20 minute phone interview which went well. followed by 1/2 day of interviewing with four people. nothing too tricky here. they reasonably outlined what the job was about and their expectations. my background was in design of equipment rather than project management of new equipment.. i think that is why no offer was made. expect long time lapses between application/ phone interview/ on site interview.
