I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Ericsson-Worldwide in March 2010.

Interview Details Basic SAR questions, 3 managers present

Interview Question – Was handed a diagram of a current and future configuration of the network in a certain region. Was asked what the diagrams meant to me. Wasn't difficult for me, but those unfamiliar with Access would find it difficult.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Didn't negotiate, found 10% raise to be acceptable.
