Interview Details Smooth process. 7 interviews with different managers. Mostly related to what my goals are and my professional experience. Very standard.

Interview Details The interview was completely performance based. I.e name a time when you had to do a, b, c etc. all questions were based off of past experiences as opposed to what you would do if you came across a specific situation. They wanted to hear that when and where you had done certain things, relating to the job.
Interview Question – No difficult questions, just know your own experiences and how they relate to your current position. Know the full job description and be able to relate your past e pertinence with everything that entails. Answer Question

Interview Details They asked if I was planning on going to graduate school and I said yes, I might apply to law schools or business schools. They didn't like that answer as they want you to stay for awhile.
Interview Question – So they put me in Grant Specialist instead. After a few years, recruited me to the Contracts side. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – they offered a GS 7, which was a repeat of what I'd already worked, as a Research Analyst, but I took it and went up the ranks quickly. Sometimes in the fed govt you have to take a downgrade to get into a more profitable series. Keep the long run in mind.

Interview Details Fairly Straightforward. A phone screening followed by an in-person interview. Things went quicker than I expected, including the background check.
Interview Question – They had a surprise written exam at the beginning of the in-person interview. It was lengthy but broad. 3 or 4 questions each on half a dozen topics. You didn't need to get everything correct, it was more to see if you can put together coherent answers under pressure. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was not a lot of negotiation, but I went in with a strong first request, so there didn't really need to be.

Interview Details The hiring process was handled through the HR Staff of WHS, the interviews were conducted by the agency staff. They asked lots of questions involving getting along with other cultures and races.

Interview Details I filled out an application to work for the census at a library and took a test to become a census taker. The next job was poll Worker for which I am tested and traied every six months.

Interview Details
1 initial phone interview followed by another phone interview three days later by a panel of 3 people. I felt that I did well but wasn't offered the job. For out of state people be willing to talk about how you would be willing to move ASAP.
Typical Questions were asked. A lot about writing and your writing style.
