Interview Details first i received phone call from placement agency. then i was called for interview at gurgaon. they asked me the queries abt my job profile and how i was handling my work in my previous job. what procedure i follow there to get things done. about my team my seniors , our coordination. then we talked my salary package.

Interview Details
First round was written, with analytical/ mathematical puzzles 20-30 questions, not that difficult standard RS Aggarwal questions.
Second round was Personnel interview, it was more of analytical ability test , with communication skills and how you present yourself, With brief technical and background details was asked analytic ability puzzles 5-6, to check approach.
After second round,there was another round of personal interview. This was confirmatory round where more tougher analytic puzzles were asked, was able to solve all.
All above three rounds were elimination, after third round there was a HR round where offer letter was given on spot.

Interview Details
First i got a call from the hr to attend F2F interview.It was my first round.
Mainly they asked basics. i got the interview feedback after 1 month
Then they did telephonic round from their main facility gurgaon.
My 3rd round was salary discussion rounds( apparently), however they did technical too
my 4th round was managerial round again in that again technical+ hr rounds happened.
At last i got offer

Interview Details The selection process involved a Math and general logic test. Upon clearing that I was scheduled for an interview. The interview was conducted by 2 people. Pretty basic stuff. They asked me questions on my resume and a few questions on my marketing dissertations.
