I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at XANT
Very good experience. First telephone interview with the hiring manager at which we agreed the time for face-to-face interview couple of days after. As I already had an offer from another organisation, they were very quick to interview me and the next day they offered me the position. Interview with four people: hiring manager, person who is currently doing that job, and two head of different teams this role would be collaborating with. All very approachable and interested in your answers and your ideas.
- - How is your previous experience relevant to the role - why would we hire you - why you want to work here - what is the latest book you read
