I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Intersocietal Accrediation Commission in September 2011.

Interview Details Responded to craiglist ad with resume and cover letter, and was called in for interview with division head. Interview lasted approx 40 minutes, fairly typical questions. Called back for second interview next day, scheduled for monday of the next week. Interview was group format with rest of division. Much more casual, relaxed, getting to know you kind of thing. Followed by office tour (felt pretty good at this point), and online attention to detail test. Call back later same day with job offer, accepted.

Interview Question – No really tough questions (greatest weakness, interpersonal conflict etc.)   View Answer

Negotiation Details – I accepted first offer, stated as non-negotiable.
