It’s just a few. very simple questions that you cannot get wrong. Can you lift up to 30 lbs? Is it okay to break the rules? Have you ever been late? They ask you more about your transportation situation than they do job questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at L Brands (Pensacola, FL) in Feb 2021
The interview process was in a group setting and very comfortable. The questions asked were professional yet geared well towards teamwork and team building. Emphasis was placed on availability. You will be asked to explain employment history and potentially defend any employment gaps in front of peers, so be prepared for this and practice if you feel uncomfortable. This is a normal interview practice, but can be daunting in front of "competitors" for a position.
- What skills do you have that you believe will empower customers, coworkers, and your own self within the position?
