No Offer – Interviewed in Orlando, FL (US) Apr 2012 – Reviewed May 17, 2013 New
Interview Details They held a information session at my university, and called a few people for interviews on campus the next week. I asked if there was going to be one interview, or if they were going to make this into a three part thing. I asked this because they seemed to really like me in the interview. After that interview was done, i got a call a couple weeks later for another interview, which is the opposite of what they said would happen. The first interview was just basic things like do you like to work in a group or by yourself, and how you felt about systems engineering. Also which would be the field you would be most interested in, from the system engineers position. The second interview basically went over my resume again and asked for any extra curricular activities and/or side projects i've done that can match with electrical engineering. I was told if i pass the second interview, then a third interview would be done.
Interview Question – The most difficult question for me was do you do extra things aside from school or worked on any project. I'll be honest, and say I focus a lot on school and I dont have time to play with things that aren't related to my school work. It felt cheap trying to take things I did before school and try to pretend they were engineering related. Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Grand Prairie, TX (US) – Reviewed May 08, 2013 New
Interview Details I applied online to a few student tech intern positions. I got an email fairly late (end of April) to set up a phone interview. They said it was a position that they created fairly late so the whole process went pretty quickly. The phone interview was the only interview. The interview consisted of standard behavioral questions and a few technical questions. The technical questions were not difficult and mostly about the various programming languages and software I am familiar with. Everyone from the recruiter to the manager I interviewed with were extremely nice.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you went beyond what was required of you for a project in school? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I didn't negotiate because I considered the pay to be generous (21/hr).

Interview Details Got a phone call that I was being considered for the position and needed to schedule a phone interview. It was mostly behavioral questions with a few small technical questions but overall it was fairly relaxed. If you know your stuff and the managers feel you'd be a good fit, you have nothing to worry about, just be yourself.
Interview Question – Nothing too hard or unexpected. Answer Question
