Interview Details Like most companies, Lockheed Martin receives many applications and has a highly automated process for sorting through them and weeding out the undesirable applications. For this reason, it is important to get to know at least one Lockheed employee before applying and, preferably, have that employee submit your resume with a hire recommendation.

Interview Question – Frankly, I don't remember the questions they asked me when they first hired me. It was a long time ago. More recently, I was asked in an internal interview, "what are your weaknesses?".   View Answer

Negotiation Details – It was very short. They offered me a good deal, said, "take it or leave it", and I took it.

Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks.
