I applied through university. I interviewed at RSM (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2022
Applying and working with a recruiter was great. Some follow-up on my part was needed but I was interviewed and given a full time offer within 30 days. The head recruiter called me and helped answer any questions I had along with other employees. It was a great experience.

I interviewed at RSM
Phone screen for 15-20 minutes. Followed by an in person interview with several different people each taking about a half hour. The interviews were followed by lunch with peers. Overall an easy day but a little long
- What is your previous experience?
Anonymous Employee in Philadelphia, PA
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RSM (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2021
The interview consisted of two zoom conversations, both with audit managers. The conversations were very pleasant, divided about one third my background, one third behavioral questions, one third my questions.
- Describe how you handled a personal conflict at workplace.

Very easy going. Starts with phone interview, then in person interview. Phone interview is usually with HR, then in person with 2 partners. Each partner is usually from a different industry group.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Cleveland, OH) in Sept 2018
There was an initial one-in-one interview on my college’s campus, which was very low pressure and included taking about what I wanted to do with my career. The next round of interviews was over the phone, and mostly entailed reviewing your resume and hearing more about your experience. From there, you are invited to a third round in the office where you plan to work. I had 3 30-minute interviews with current managers, and felt like they really focused on who I am as a person and what I enjoy doing in my work (while of course hearing more about my experience). Despite this being a large company, it felt a lot more personal that a mid-sized accounting firm I had interviewed with at the same time.
- What is something that sets you apart from other people/your coworkers?
Anonymous Interview Candidate in Aberdeen, Scotland
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Dec 2016
Had to do online tests which were fairly straight forward. The Literacy one was quite difficult but i passed that. Then a video interview which i didn't pass. I felt the video interview went well but i guess i didn't match their criteria. I would advice people who do video interview to get constable and confident with speaking to the camera. They asked me a tough question at the end like how I have changed a of working that someone has suggested to me.
- How i felt meeting new people

I applied through campus and talked to several professionals at "Meet the Firms." First interview in on-campus and second interview was on-site. Both interviews includes talking about your resumes and conversational. Make sure to have many questions ready for your interviewer. Overall, the process was extremely positive! :) You can really tell that RSM has a great culture.
- Walk me through your resume

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RSM
I participated in a career fair where I met many RSM employees. After building rapport they gave me an interview onsite later on in the day. The interview lasted 30 minutes and it ended up being more of conversation. I received an offer from RSM the next day. One thing I noticed was that they were seeking people who "fit" their culture.
