The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in Feb 2012
Interview
First wan an initial phone interview to get to know you. Second was to meet with one of the HR rep's where the rep asked questions based of my resume and some basic interview questions. The next phase was to come back and do a compensation interview where they basically tell you how you get paid. the next interview was where you were suppose to show them your "marketing plan" but when i went in they never asked for it or wanted me to explain it. The interview turning out to be a group interview where 4 other metlife employees were questioning me and asking me some basic question's. I am still waiting to hear back.
hiring was easy and interview quick with minimal issues. wanted to know about who I knew and how many people would be available for me to sell to. wanted to know how much money I would like to make in my first year of employment
I applied through other source. I interviewed at MetLife (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2016
Interview
Great. It was long, and friendly. I felt like I was in conversation with an old friend. We bantered, talked about different subject matters, and discussed the job's duties and requirements.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at MetLife (Albany, NY)
Interview
Easy Interview, behavioral questions. I did receive an offer however it was well after I interviewed for the position and had already taken employment elsewhere. Very enjoyable interview and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and insightful about the business
