As I was recruited on college campus, there were not many difficult questions.
Usual logical questions, some on telecom domain.
There was a question where I was asked to design a Library system.
Apart from this there were the usual HR questions: SWAT analysis, give me an example of some difficult situations you faced etc..
Pretty much standard.

Interview Details questions were of medium standard inwritten rounds ,but required bit of calculation speed. there weren't group dicussions, and written tests were followed by technical interview. technical questions were mainly from c programming and were not too tough but required clarity of concepts. then some questions were based on resume and two questions came from communication domain, like frequency of transmission kinda questions.

Interview Details Very fair, open and transparent. Typically it's mostly internal recruitment. However, outsiders with relevant experience (in terms of industry) are also equally welcomed. Being a senior position selection is through recommendations, past work experience, and performance.
