Interview Details The process consisted of 3 separate interviews. The first was conducted by HR and the second two by a higher up at that specific location. Straight forward interview questions. You also have to take an online test detailing how you would handle each situation. There was nothing about this process that was out of the ordinary. Take a minute to learn about the company and you will do fine for the interview.
Interview Question – What do you think of when you hear the word sales? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – None, commission based pay scale
Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took 3 weeks.
