I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Oracle in September 2012.

Interview Details interview was not that difficult. Just asked about something basics and hr, managerial rounds. No hassle questions. Only problem is Hr communication is not prompt. Also people are not getting opertunity because It is very difficult to get noticed by oracle Hr guys.

Negotiation Details – No negotiations entertained. It is just because people are ready to accept any offers from oracle. No value for talent.

Interview Details Five Rounds.
All are almost technical.
Starts with the Senior QA taking your interview.
And as you progress, the level of the interviewer rises from Senior QA to Product Director.
Communication round included.
Lots of programming and logical questions.
Be ready for puzzles and out of the box thinking questions.

Interview Details Received a call from Oracle HR. Called me for Face to face interview at Noida Office.

HAd one technical interview on day1 and other after 2 days.

Two Technical Interviews, one managerial round, no written, all questions related to QA basics were asked. Nothing specific.

Types of testing, SQL Queries, previous projects, strenghts and weeknesses, why oracle?

Negotiation Details – very poor, they paid less if compared to industry standard

Interview Details 3-4 rounds depending on how you perform in first round. More technical rounds if they are unsure. Direct manager round if they find you good technically. They will try to confuse you. In case you are conceptually good, they will find out. Interviewer will lay traps for you. Beware of those things. They are highly knowledgeable and as soon as you say something that is not right, they will try to make situation where your own concepts start conflicting with each other. Beware of such traps.

Interview Details Two rounds of process
1. Online aptitude test
2. coding test followed by technical + HR interview

Online test is composed of 4 sections
1.Quantitative
2.Analytical
3.verbal
4.Technical

General aptitude section is of average difficulty. Technical section had questions from C, Java, some of the questions from SQL.
If You have practiced solving general apti questions, its of no worry.
