      Marketing Coordinator Interview

      6 May 2010
      Anonymous employee
      Bengaluru
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Bengaluru) in Apr 2010

      Interview

Staffing Agency got in touch with me for the position. Based on my go ahead arranged interview with Oracle. Level 1 Interview was with the team member of the marketing organization who gave me a hands on walk through the profile and day to day activities that I would be coordinating. Level 2 interview was with the director of the team. Level 3 interview was with the senior director of the global team. The entire process took around 4 weeks. The last interview was a mere formality and for sake of approval. Since this is through a stafing agency and for marketing function and frurther more the role is new, this is a contract basis. Usually Oracle hires for its Support functions in contract basis. So please mmake sure you ask all your concerns of it being a contract role and the timelines for it to translate into a permanent hire. Also make sure to ask of your career path and future perspectives.

      Interview

Interview process was straightforward. I had a good experience and thought everything went well, but then I didn’t receive any follow up about the position. It would have been nice to have some feedback after the interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2019

      Interview

Complex questions were asked, as well as generic interview questions from highly professional and likeable individuals. I interviewed 4 times and met with 6 individuals over a 3 week period and had to give a presentation. Phone interviews were 30 mins long and onsite interviews were 1 hour to 1.5 hours. The decision to hire an employee who already worked for Bronto was made.
