    Interview

CV based shortlisting followed by psychometric test. Visited campus for GD and final interview. The GD topic was pretty simple and was "Smart devices is inversely proportional to smart people". The interview went on for about 35 minutes. It was Technical and HR combined. The technical part questions were more or less from thermal field ( cycles, difference between coolers and chillers) and few questions on tolerance and quality control and the HR interviewer asked pretty basic questions related to life experience, aims, why pepsico etc.

    Interview

They visited our college to hire GETs.

1st round was short-listing based on resume.
2nd round included filling up an application bank & psychometric test for further short-listing. The application bank had 3 questions :
    1. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
    2. Why pepsico?
    3. You just finished your 300 page autobiography. Please submit page 221 in around 300 words.

3rd round was group discussion, my topic was "What is going to be the next big innovation"?.
other panels included : "corporate social responsibility of a company"

4th round was interviews - technical and HR.
For technical they asked mainly thermal and thermodynamics. They expect your base to be strong.

Most importantly - they are looking for leaders (and will tell you that in their pre-placement talk).
