Interview Details
It all started with a technical aptitude. 20 mcqs 1 hr with negative markin. all questions were core technical with last two questions based on aptitude. to clear this round you should b good at you c basics and over all computing knowledge.
after you clear apti round you have to go through 3 interview rounds.
!st round: it lasted for 30min. the interviewer asked everything from data structures to assembly language.. everything was covered. but its ok if you are not through with all the concepts... shallow knowledge of all is wat is required
2nd round: it was core technical. 3 C questions and 1 sql query.
and 3rd round: core hr. which i think should not be very difficult to clear.
Interview Question – 2nd technical round is what is the most challenging. u gotta be clear with networking, C, sql and operating systems. View Answer
Negotiation Details – no negotiation phase. salary offered to me was good for any fresher.

Interview Details you nee dto have good product development experience. domain knowledge is important and is added advantage but is not necessary. It is important you have good academics and come from reputed institution. technical knoweldge hepls but more important is process knowledge is reequired

Interview Details Systematic Hiring Process. After the HR processed the CV, scheduled for a telephonic technical interview. Later was called for F2F on a weekend. Another round of technical interview based on coding questions (be prepared to write code). Followed by Analytical round , followed by Manager round of interview (consider almost there). Finally HR round.

3 rounds of technical interview which spanned for around 3 hours.
Initial 2 rounds mixture of Puzzles and basic questions on java, android etc.
Subsequently by a senior person, on oops and in depth understanding of previous projects,
Questions like what was the most challenging scenario ever faced in previous projects?
some questions on design patterns, data structures
If these rounds are cleared only then you will have 2 more managerial rounds.

For technical hiring
Round 1> Telephonic round which is also the screening round. in this breadth is seen rather than the depth.
Round 2> Logical and technical puzzle is given and analytical skill of the candidate is judged.
Round 3> Technological mastery is probed here by going in depth of technology. Sometimes candidate is even asked to write pseudo code.
Interview Question – Its unethical to disclose the questions asked during hiring here. The questions are sometime open ended with no right or wrong answer. Sometimes they are technical in nature where candidate is required to put his experience and knowledge together at work. Answer Question
