I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at TeleTech in February 2012.

Interview Details I look for a bilingual job, I had not experience at all. I found the link of TeleTechJobs.com where I could apply directly. I received a call right next day from TeleTech telling me that I was eligible for getting a job. I went to the site and made some tests that took me about two hours. The greatest thing was that after those tests I was signing my contract to become an official member of TeleTech.

I applied in-person and the process took 4 days - interviewed at TeleTech in March 2012.

Interview Details If you attend directly to Teletech, you'll have to fill your application in a PC. Depending on the position you're considered for you will be asked to call from a phone to a recorded test were you will have to answer some open ended questions. After that you will be asked to complete some test to measure your overall intelligence, and last, you will e asked to complete a simulation of a customer calling in. The interview was pretty standard.

Interview Question – The open ended questions were easy but difficult at the same time. They will ask you things like "Who's the most important person in your life and why" This type of question is designed this way so they can measure your english skills and while the question itself is easy you might find it difficult to answer because you don't really know what to say.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – You won't be able to negotiate, they will put you in the position they feel is the right one for you.
