Fairly straightforward. Asked for questions regarding polymer/plastic manufacturing experience as well as possible automotive experience. I wouldn't worry too much about it, the overall process it pretty easy-going. Prepare and you will be fine.

It was a pretty nice experience interviewing with them, we talked about my past working experience and went through resume. Short questions about technical stuff, didn’t do a whole algorithm questions

The questions are pretty basic. The turnaround time for hire and start date is lengthy for the position. I would have taken the job but got another offer. The HR team must remember we are actively job searching and interview daily for the same position.

Straight forward with general questions to some technical questions depends on your skill. Asking some conceptional questions. I was interviewed by two gentlemen, one is human resource and one is department manager.
