Long Process, Interviewers were late. Started with a brief overview (never read it) of my resume. Next were questions about the thinking and business process. Focus areas turned out to be questions associated with the Performance Management Program. Determined fit and approach.

Typical interview times is about 3, one with HR, the other is with hiring manager and the last is with the hiring manager and the vice-president of the department which you'll be entering. HR will interview you based on your qualifications, experience as well as your suitability. Hiring managers will ask you more on your knowledge of the job as well as to test your critical thinking and problem solving skills. Last interview with the hiring manager and vice-president is more of them explaining the overall job to you to see if you might still be interested.

Phone and panel interview were very standard for Toyota. They want answers in STAR format. Questions like "Tell me about a time when you and a coworker did not see eye-to-eye, and how the issue was resolved." Nothing to be afraid of, just jot down a few anticipated scenarios, and fit them to each question.
