Very straightforward. Didn't interview people that were not already qualified. First interview was over the phone. Second was in the office. I think the interview was mostly to see how I would fit in the office.

The interview was very relaxed. They asked me simple questions for a research apprentice role. It was mostly qualitative like why do you want to do research, and why this topic of research.

Online application, in-person interview with main supervisor. Friendly environment, supervisor made it feel like he wanted me to succeed. Felt supported and pressure felt minimal. Interview was between 15 and 30 minutes.
