Nice managers, was asked questions for 20 minutes. It was supposed to be a group interview of four, only two of us showed up. I met with two managers, who asked about my previous work experience and background. Talked about growth within the company

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Hixson, TN) in Apr 2016
I applied for this position a week before I got the call to come to an interview on Saturday. It was a group interview. I would suggest to wear all black, and be informed about what kind of makeup you are putting on your face, because they will ask, as well as ask about hair and skin products. The group interview was with four different girls and the general manager. She asked general behavioral questions as well as where you see yourself with the company. I was offered a position with the company and have orientation the next day!

You apply online and then if you are lucky they call you, at the store I was applying to, they only offered 2 hours because they were renovating. The manager was really nice and they treat you well, It is better when you apply in february or march because they lack personal.
