Was given a test of PLC ladder logic, this is to be expected and made me realize I needed to bone up on this since it had been a while. Also questioned several times about whether the unusual shift work would be an issue.

I did not get the job, I'm extremely confident that I could have performed the duties but I understand why they decided against me and think I was evaluated fairly. Kind of puzzled why I was interviewed at all since I laid out my experience accurately on my resume. If they wanted somebody with recent industrial experience, they should have ruled me out initially.
