    I have been working at Aaron's

    Pros

    Thursday morning training sessions were used for team building, identifying deficiencies and discussing advancement opportunities within the company.

    Cons

    Although most days seem to pass by quickly they are still long. It was hard to plan activities on your off day because there was a good chance you would be called in to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When management calls a team member in to work on their day off that worker should not be restricted to a 40 hour work week but should be allowed overtime compensation based on their sacrifice.
