Skills need for tasks are easily taught and learned, shifts are only 4-8 hours (not including black friday), opportunity to meet new people

Like any retail job, the work environment can become very negative depending on the manager or other associates. Customers can be rude or cause scenes on the sales floor. Another con is the reputation that comes with working for the company, even if you do not support their ideas. Depending on your relationship with the managers, you can be schedule more often than not, or not that often, which affects how consistent the income is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage a more fair system for scheduling, so that all associate have a equal amount of shifts depending on availability.
