I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 5 years)

Accenture gives priority to women and women security. We have fun games and other events in office, making it a great place to work. It has a stress-free environment and is especially good for freshers.

Management and the leads may not always be supportive of the team. A major drawback is that we are required and expected to work on skills different from what we are trained on or experienced in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It will be good if importance is given to the individual's technical interests as well so that there can be personal growth. Promotion should be given to the deserving employees and on the basis of fixed criteria so that it is fair and un-biased.
