    I worked at Amtex Systems full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good and timely pay.
    Best place if you are in good terms with the middle management (your work and outcome are secondary)

    Cons

    Poor HR policies, HR is a mere liaison and irrational.
    Company website talks about innovation and best practices it would be good if that was put into practice.
    Management Style adopted - Favoritism

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Add fresh minds into the middle management. Old timers can spoil the game for you.
